About the Muse
Janet is an expert in creative thinking and building cultures for innovation. Her passion is empowering creative expression and engaging people in collaborative work environments to achieve results of a shared vision.
She was the Creative Director of some of Toronto top advertising agencies. She was responsible for developing a creative vision and making emotional connections and driving sales results for many multi-national brands like: Dove, Coca-Cola, Mattel, Nestlé, Heineken, Becel and Olay.
She now brings that inspiration to leaders of organization that are commitment to empower people with creative thinking for innovative success. She developed the INNOV8TM creative thinking model after years of research and experience with workable and innovative solutions in many areas of business.
Janet is a certified trainer and member of the Canadian Society of Trainers and Developers, the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and the Registered Graphic Design Association.
She teaches part time at Centennial College - Centre for Creative Communication. She lives in Toronto with her very creative son and Dexter the dog.
