This program can be delivered as a 2-day offsite or a series of 4 3-hour sessions. Full engagement of your team is required to clarify and contribute to the direction of your collective future. There will be a series of pre and post session activities, as well as, group work during the session.

Offsite environments allow for full engagement with adequate time for business check-in. The program includes all facilitated sessions and materials. Pricing for meals and accommodation for an offsite location will vary depending on venue and numbers. Out of town or inner city offsite can be arranged.
